After earning degrees from Seattle University and the University of Washington, Jeanne built a career as a social worker, educator, and business owner. Her passion for education, the arts, civic engagement, and public service led to decades of leadership—from helping establish the Federal Way Arts Commission and supporting the incorporation of our city, to serving 20 years on the Federal Way City Council, including terms as Deputy Mayor and Mayor, and her leadership with regional transportation, arts, education, Rotary, and countless community organizations.
